Exposed block wall let's a lot of outside air in. Especially through the headers!

The dehumidifier was draining into an open sump pit, allowing water vapor to continuously recirculate into the air-effectively canceling out the benefits of the system. The work area was also extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around or perform maintenance efficiently.
An open sump liner. We need an airtight lid on this for the radon mitigation system to work.
