The lid is not airtight, the water back-up doesn't have its own discharge line and there's only one exit path for the water.
The floor has been encapsulated with our CleanSpace. Mechanically fastened to the walls, spray foam can now be safely applied.
The cellulose insulation inside the attic before being removed by our vacuum.
The immediate space around this sewer vent pipe is completely open to the space below. We use closed-cell foam to seal this.
