The sales call was very information and thorough. Jeff did a great job to make sure we understood the issue and how best to resolve it. Installation was booked for the following week. Tara as well as the team on site (Paul, Cody and Preston) were all efficient and respectful of our home. The job was done in less time than expected, and the basement tidied up as when they arrived. the whole process from calling for a quote to install was seamless. Would definitely recommend.
