Cindy joined the Omni Basement Systems team back in 2013, but has been helping customers right, left, and center for the past 14 years.
As an invaluable asset to the Customer Service Department (as well as being an Administrative Assistant) she can be found helping find solutions to potential clients’ issues, while setting up meetings with our System Design Specialists every day, helping to maintain our high standards for customer service.
Her favorite part of being a part of the Omni team is ‘the people of course!’ Our clients and co-workers bring her joy. Her favorite memory at Omni has been our team get-togethers, some of which includes a team bowling building day, our Christmas party at Flamborough Downs, and more.
