This wall crack had been previously repaired. Omni had to scape the old repair off the wall.
The galvanized beam connect with the floor joists by way of the joist assist brackets. The joist assist brackets will spead the support more evenly across the Joists.
This SuperSump features the Tuff Top lid option. The lid is made of boat hatch material and is completely flat.
The first step is to remove the lower portion of the wall.
The Triplesafe sump pump system is installed
This house has a concrete foundation that had cracks that were leaking. Now it is a dry basement.
because the base of the of this PowerBrace will be concreted in with a large footing., the footing of the home is cut back so that the PowerBrace can be anchored right against the wall.
The Triplesafe system is installed and the floor is re-concreted.
