because the base of the of this PowerBrace will be concreted in with a large footing., the footing of the home is cut back so that the PowerBrace can be anchored right against the wall.
THis before shot shows a typical block foundation that is leaking.
This customer has a sump with a waterjet style back-up. This will be removed.
The settlement has happened here in the corner. This is due to soil conditions. The soil under this home is very sandy and does not support the home properly.
The walls are showing signs of dampness and the old sump system is an open pit that falls short of the Ontario building code.
This dirt floor is emitting moisture into the air cavity that will destroy the building materials.
This is a typical crawlspace that we go into. The dirt floor allows moisture to come up and rot the building materials.
