Too soon to really know how dry we will be and stay

OK.appreciate the change of wrecking date to coincide with work beginning. Surprised by late phone calls.

OK except that he didn't explain the wall treatment. I did not want bright, shiny, foil walls.That option was not shown in booklet either.

Excellent professional crew worked well together. Very pleasant to us. Really appreciated that Josef kept us informed as we went along.

Very good job done. Had not realized how much cement dust would drift upstairs. We should have had plastic sheeting at the bottom.
