I contacted RCC same day I contacted Omni and got an email back saying they would contact me shortly to set up a visit from their expert to look at the work.

I never got a call from them.

Norm did a great job on the repair and Allessio was extremely knowledgable and polite I would call Omni again as I got prompt and expert service
