Amber Tappin

As the Director of Operations & Production Management, Amber thrives on keeping things organized, efficient, and running smoothly. She’s been with the company since 2008—since the beginning of the journey! What keeps her around? The incredible team. Amber loves working with a group of hardworking, supportive people who take pride in what they do.

In her role, she blends problem-solving with strategic planning, making sure teams have everything they need to get the job done successfully. From scheduling and logistics to tackling unexpected challenges, she’s always focused on keeping things moving forward.

Outside of work, Amber is always on the go—dirt biking, riding along winding backroads on her motorcycle, crocheting, hiking, reading, or baking up something delicious. She loves being outdoors, especially near water, where she can slow down and take in the beauty around her, often with her dog by her side. Whether it’s a walk, a road trip, or just hanging out by the lake, her four-legged companion is always up for the adventure. Some of her favorite spots? Northern Ontario and British Columbia, where the landscapes (and the water!) are absolutely breathtaking.

No two days are ever the same in Amber’s world, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her secret to success? Staying organized, being adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency—while keeping her team supported and motivated every step of the way.
