Clint Singson

Clint Singson is a dedicated System Design Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in in-home consulting, specifically in the HVAC industry. His background has given him a unique perspective on the challenges homeowners face, especially when it comes to maintaining areas of the home that are often overlooked, like basements and crawl spaces.

Through his years of working with heating and cooling systems, Clint developed a strong understanding of how comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency are deeply interconnected. But more importantly, he recognized a gap: many homeowners simply weren’t receiving the education or guidance they needed to make confident, informed decisions. That realization became the driving force behind his career shift and his passion for helping people protect the long-term health of their homes.

In his current role at Basement Systems Toronto, Clint works directly with homeowners to identify and address issues related to basements, crawl spaces, and foundations. His day-to-day involves more than just assessments, it’s about clear communication, honest recommendations, and a no-pressure approach rooted in trust and integrity.

Clint takes pride in making complex issues easy to understand. Whether it’s moisture control, structural challenges, or air quality concerns, he ensures each homeowner feels heard, respected, and empowered to take the next step with confidence.

Outside of work, Clint is just as grounded and thoughtful. He enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and their four cats—Cuddles, Kisses, Kaido, and Shiro—who bring fun, balance, and personality to his home life. His time off is all about recharging, so he can continue delivering his best to the families he supports every day.
