We were dealing with constant moisture issues in our home in Kleinburg and knew our old sump pump just wasn’t reliable anymore. The risk of flooding was always in the back of our minds, especially during heavy rain or power outages. The team came in and quickly identified the problem, then upgraded us to the TripleSafe sump pump system. The difference is night and day. Knowing we now have a triple-level protection system gives us real peace of mind. They also installed the IceGuard, which is a huge bonus for winter since we don’t have to worry about freezing lines anymore.   Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the installation was clean and well done. We finally feel confident that our basement is protected no matter the conditions.
