5 out of 5Overall performance of TerraFirma was 5 star. My interaction with the call center, the sales rep and the installation foreman was very positive. Everyone was able to answer all my questions no matter how obscure. The fact we were able to finance the project same as cash was very helpful and we took full advantage of it. TerraFirma has really thought of every way to make the project run as smoothly as possible from start to finish and we are very happy with the outcome.
