Portland, OR 97220We live in NE Portland and have a home that was built in 1928. The front steps look to have been poured separately from the porch and foundation. Unfortunately they look to have sunk roughly 3 inches over time. The middle two risers are 7" high each but the lower riser is now around 4" and the top 10". At some point someone did a bad cosmetic patch job on the outer seam only where the steps meet the porch. Looks like a few whacks with a cold chisel would break through the patch easily. Also just to note, the metal railing is not connected to the steps in any way. Do you think this is something that could be raised back to its original height so the riser height would be corrected?

Portland, OR 97217One of the concrete footers on my front porch is sinking and beginning to pull forwards and away from the house. This is cracking the wall inside as it pulls away. Similarly one of the footers on my back deck is sinking as well (but without interior damage). Looking for quote to raise these back up via polylevel, or another solution. First 2 images are of the front, last image is the back deck. Back deck is also on a concrete footer.
