Hi, I’m Chey, and an Account Manager here at Keystone Basement Systems! I work closely with our System Design Specialists to help customers make the best decisions for their projects. I love my job because I get to help people and connect with every customer—it’s so much fun getting to know each one of you.

 

When I’m not at work, I enjoy exploring nature with my family, gardening, and creating art. Fun fact about me: I love collecting oddities and unique art pieces for my home—I’ve built quite the interesting collection!

    The concrete leveling that Tom & Julian did inside our home went very well. We had an interior room where the floor had dropped 1 1/2 inch in one corner. The concrete floor had slate flooring on top of it and had in floor radiant heat in it. The leveling did not disturb the in floor radiant heat and none of the slate was cracked. The reason for giving a lower rating was due to the office staff. It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, only would get the answering machine. And when I would leave messages, seldom did anyone return my calls. Very frustrating!!
