Hi, I’m Cody, and I’m the Team Lead for our Real Estate Response Team here at Keystone! I spend my days saving real estate transactions from last-minute appraisers, surprise basement leaks, and helping keep closings on track—basically making sure nothing slows down the process.

 

In my free time, I enjoy repairing and maintaining my home, playing with my pets, and winding down with a little nerdy video gaming before bed. Fun fact about me: I have three cats!

This is the customer's basement before our expert solutions.
SilverGlo wall insulation was fastened to the crawl space walls and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout the crawl space floor and sealed with vapor barrier tape to prevent moisture from seeping through the dirt floor and into the space.
The basement's support beams were rusted and had to be replaced. Rusted support beams in a basement can weaken the structure of the building, increasing the risk of collapse or significant structural damage. This can pose a serious safety hazard for anyone in the basement or nearby, and may also lead to costly repairs or renovations to correct the issue.
