Hi! I’m Amber, and I’m a Customer Care Specialist here at KBS. Most days you’ll find me on the phone helping customers - answering their questions and getting them scheduled to meet with one of our inspectors. I love making the process smooth and stress-free.

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and spending time with my family. Fun fact about me: I have a big family with 17 cousins who all still get together for holidays and some vacations.
