This review is for Hope Crawford who came to our house yesterday to give us a quote. She communicated in advance of her arrival and was on time. She is very knowledgeable and explained every bit of details very clearly. While explaining she made sure that we understood the technical details as well as the process. She provided us not only with the must haves but also with optional services such as water resistant wall paper and installation of a dehumidifier. The samples of water resistant wall paper, sump pump, water guard, trench drain and the videos were very helpful in understanding the entire process. She answered all of our questions. Overall, we are highly satisfied with her service provided to us. And thanks for coming out on a Saturday to accommodate our busy schedules!
