Active water flows in from several spaces throughout the basement
The homeowners crawlspace has been completely transformed from dark, damp, and musty to completely dry, stable and comfortable.
Total Encapsulation of Basement for a cleaner, brighter space.
In this photo you will notice that the CleanSpace Wall System is being carefully fitted to each surface of the basement. The floor trench and sump pit has been carefully broken out to ensure accurate fitting of the WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump/
This photo shoes that the CarbonArmor Straps have been put in to place and the space has begun to have Cleanspace installed.
A layer of Terrablock insulation is placed over the Drainmatting to assist in insulation.
The TripleSafe sump pump with waterwatch alarm installed.
During Install Cleanspace was placed on the walls while a layer of drainmatting was placed on the floor to create a barrier between the dirt and the rest of the crawlspace to allow for proper airflow.
