Our experts are on site to clean the crawl space and replace the membrane on the floor.  
We have noticed that the humidity was very high and water vapor was coming out from the soil.
During the inspection, our specialist Alexandre was able to see where the problem of water infiltration came from and was able to recommend a complete waterproofing solution thanks to our patented internal sump pump drain products.

The foundation wall was badly damaged. First of all we can notice the crack in the shape of stair steps which joins a long horizontal crack that separates the wall in two. The lower part of the walls is inclined towards the interior of the basement. If nothing is done the wall may collapse.
This crawl space seems well sealed, but this plastic is not a vapor barrier, so the water vapor will always infiltrate and humidifies the entire space.
Some walls and windows in this crawl space were not insulated. And even the floor had no protection against moisture. The soil should be covered with earth to block moisture from the soil.
When the crawl space is not encapsulated, it will to become a favorable space for the proliferation of bacteria.
