After I placed my order I had a knowledgeable and prompt response and service from Roberta, June & Valerie. On-site work was very professional by Petru Rotaru and Eric Ciaccia. PS I had something in common with both the above: Petru was born in Romania. I worked in Romania in 1986. Eric is the grandson of my former high school mate John C in the 1950"s
