Sales Process
The sales representatives need some training in “underpromise and overdeliver”. They sold me a $10,000 solution that they told me would solve my issue, when subsequent Cantey mangers have said it wouldn’t.
Our Installation Crew
The crew cut the wires to my sprinkler system and the electrician hired to connect the sump pumps, forgot to switch the breakers on for the sump pumps.

What made you choose our company:

I would like to take this time and space to acknowledge and recommend Cantey as a company that TRULY stands by their work and has customer satisfaction at the top of their goals. Specifically, the service and support I was given by Chase (one of your incredible mangers that came by my house) was a game changer for my opinion of Cantey and allowed Cantey to regain my trust, and future business. After the sales presentation by your sales people, I was led to believe that my moisture issues would be corrected by the solution they offered. When it did not, I contacted Cantey to have someone come out. After multiple trips, they agreed that the solution sold to me would not correct my problem. After calling again to the company about a $10,000 solution that did not work, Chase called and asked to meet with me. Chase was highly professional and gifted at making me felt heard and de-escalating my frustrations. After discussing the issue and agreeing that there was a coaching opportunity with his sales people, he offered a couple of compromises that were very reasonable and made me regain respect in Cantey. In light of this type of commitment to Customer Satisfaction, I will definitely hire Cantey again for some of my household repairs and needs and would Highly recommend them for folks looking for a company committed to doing business the right way.
