The Canty crew arrived at my home on Tuesday January 13, to install Helical piers due to a structural issue we were having. As promised, they called me when they were 30 minutes out and arrived right on schedule.. They came with two trucks, which consisted of a box truck with all their equipment. A trailer with a Bobcat pile driver and all the Helical piers. They parked one in my driveway which they asked if they could. Not to disrupt or bother my neighbors. That was fine with me. There was a crew of three, Sixto, Caleb, and German. Caleb and Sixto explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to proceed. They were all very professional, courteous, and organized. As they were doing the Helical pier installation, I had a lot of questions regarding the depth of the piers, how the foundation was being raised, and hopefully to have a positive outcome. Which overall we did. It's nice to know that Sixto and Caleb explained to me in detail as the Helical Piers were being installed, the depth of the piers and amount of max pressure that was required to secure them. Once the piers were in place, they raised the foundation slowly to the right level and the job was completed. During the whole process, they communicated with me which gave me a high comfort level with this crew as well as all the associates at the Canty organization. They cleaned up the whole area so well you wouldn't even know if they were there. Very impressed with the whole process.
