Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete driveway, sidewalk, and a separation of the stairs & porch. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

Water leaking in basement
This is what the homeowner's crawl space looked like before our crews go in there and cleaned everything out.
Ground settling caused the concrete to separate from the porch. Drill holes are visible for the injection of Poly Level 400 to lift this concrete.
Our crew used Slab Jacks with Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro.
