Water is penetrating this crawl space through the foundation walls and seeping out, causing the floor to become muddy and pooling onto the vapor barrier.
In this photo, you can see that the crawl space supports are sinking and starting to lean. The SmartJack system, once installed, will stabilize this crawl space to prevent further sinking and lift the structure back up.
Water intrusion is an issue in this basement. Standing water is visible, and the floor around it is muddy.
