Under their leadership, the company has grown to employ over 125 team members, offering patented solutions in basement and crawl space waterproofing, radon mitigation, insulation, and more. Layne's dedication to delivering permanent solutions and exceptional customer service has earned the company accolades, including two BBB Torch Awards for business ethics, rankings on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 list and the Top Workplaces Award for 8 years in a row.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Layne is deeply invested in the community. He serves on the board of directors for Manna Cafe Ministries, a nonprofit organization committed to combating hunger and poverty in the area. In 2018, Layne and Judy demonstrated their commitment by donating a box truck from Frontier to assist Manna Cafe in their mission. In his personal time, Layne has a passion for classic cars and motorcycles, enjoying the restoration and riding of these vehicles.
