Our Overall Service
The reason this rating is not 5 is the price and no ability to monitor performance of the dehumidifier unit. The material cost were at most $5,000. Installation was 3 people 6 hrs and the cost was $14,000. As a senior citizen, I am wondering if I was taken advantage of.
