Raymond "Tre" Harmon

Meet Raymond or “Tre” as he likes to be called.

Tre (short for “the 3rd”) brings craftsmanship, curiosity, and calm energy to the team — with a toolbelt in one hand and a love of lifelong learning in the other. Born in St. Louis, raised partly in Visalia, California, and now settled in Bartlett since age 12, Tre is a blend of cultures, skills, and perspectives — with Spanish, Apache Native American, German, and Irish roots.

With a background in carpentry, framing, home remodeling, and water mitigation, Tre joined the team not just to build things — but to build a future. He saw the opportunity for growth, retirement benefits, and a chance to learn something new, and he’s jumped in with both feet.

Off the clock, Tre keeps things balanced: practicing Wing Chun, swimming, and doing yoga when he’s not listening to audiobooks (hard copies only if there’s time to sit still). And while he may not fit most clothes off the rack (someone please invent smediums), he absolutely fits in here.

Also important: if it’s chocolate, he’s happy — especially if it’s Hershey’s or Reese’s. Just don’t expect to share.
