Dion hails from a little bit of everywhere — born in West Memphis, raised in Memphis, and now living in Marion, Arkansas. With two kids and a love for family, Dion brings a grounded, thoughtful presence to everything he does — and his work reflects it.

With certifications in OSHA, forklift operation, and HVAC, Dion has the kind of hands-on experience that keeps things running. He joined the team in search of a long-term career — and between his knowledge, steady energy, and love for learning, he’s well on his way.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him relaxing with music, getting outside, or just catching some well-earned rest. He prefers his clothes comfortable and his snacks crunchy — with Doritos being the go-to, and a classic Snickers never far behind.
