Dion Eisman

Meet Dion, our Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things running like clockwork. With 29 years of operations management experience, plus certifications as a Master Training Specialist and Afloat Training Specialist, Dion brings both expertise and a passion for making people and processes better.

Originally from Los Angeles and now living in Arlington, Dion and his wife have a lively household with four kids (two boys, two girls) and three dogs. When he’s not streamlining warehouse operations, you’ll probably find him outside — tackling yard projects, adventuring to new places, or working through his wife’s never-ending to-do list.

And for the record, Dion believes there’s no wrong time for snacks (Snickers are a favorite), proudly declaring he’s “a fat kid on the inside.” We’re lucky to have his energy, humor, and know-how on the team!
