Meet Madison

Madison is the definition of strength with soul. Originally from Strong, Arkansas and now living in Cabot, she’s a certified pro in TIG, MIG, and stick welding — and just as serious about her craft as she is about her snacks (more on that in a minute).

She joined the team to advance her career and build a better financial future, and she brings big heart and hard work to everything she does. Madison is engaged, and together they’re raising five beautiful children — family is clearly her why.

Outside of work, you’ll find Madison giving time to God, enjoying the lake, or soaking up family time. She’s all about blueberry muffins and hot chips (especially Hot Fries and Hot Ruffles — don’t get it twisted). Not a candy fan? No problem. Madison’s snack game is in its own league.
