Meet Xavier (aka Zay)

Born in South Memphis and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, Zay has always valued family connections. Even though life has spread them out, Zay and the crew make sure to carve out time for dinners and catch-ups whenever they can.

Drawn to Redeemers Group by the opportunity to grow, learn new skills, and be part of a positive, people-first team, Zay knew this was the place to find purpose and make an impact.

When Zay’s not working, you can usually find them immersed in a true crime podcast, battling it out on Call of Duty, or just chilling with music in the background, plotting their next big move. And if snacks are involved? You’d better believe Rotel, birria tacos, or a giant bowl of cereal is on the menu.

As for candy, it’s no contest—Sour Patch everything. Watermelon, cherry, peach, grape—you name it, Zay’s already got a bag stashed somewhere.
