Originally from North Bergen, New Jersey, Ro now calls Sherwood, Arkansas home. With his mom, dad (still in New Jersey), and two sisters plus three brothers, family plays an important role in his life.
Before joining Redeemers Group, Ro worked as a handyman—painting, drywall, flooring, installation—he’s done a little bit of everything. What drew him here were the strong benefits and values that aligned with his own goals and future.
Outside of work, Ro enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family and loved ones, playing soccer, and hitting balls at the bays. His favorite snack is kettle-cooked jalapeño chips with spinach dip, and when it comes to candy, he’s all about Payday bars.
