Meet Raul

Originally from Mexico and now living in New Albany, Mississippi, Raul comes from a close-knit family of five. With an older sister, a younger brother, a mom who has been a stay-at-home parent, and a dad with more than 20 years of experience as a plumber, hard work and family values have always been part of his foundation.

Looking for a new challenge, Raul joined Redeemers Group after building a strong background in leadership. As a former store manager, he gained experience in managing teams, driving sales, and meeting operational goals. He then advanced to an Area Manager role, overseeing multiple locations, analyzing performance trends, and coaching other leaders—skills that directly prepared him for success here.

Outside of work, Raul keeps active by playing on a Sunday soccer league with friends and unwinds with video games. While he’s not much of a snacker, he does have a favorite treat—Pulparindo, a tangy Mexican candy that’s hard to beat.
