Meet Alix

Alix is Memphis through and through, with deep family roots both here and in Williamsburg County, SC. She’s also a proud mom to 3½-year-old twins, Hagen and Isabel, who keep life busy and full of joy. At home, Alix shares space with her orange tabby, Toby (who she “tolerates”), and her Great Pyrenees pup, Daisy.

A certified 200-hour yoga teacher, Alix practices daily and brings that same balance and focus into her work. What drew her to Redeemers Group? The people. After interviewing with several companies, the team here stood out for its culture, energy, and values—something Alix looks forward to continuing to grow and protect.

Before this role, she honed her ability to build trust and guide people through processes as a restaurant seating host—making sure every guest knew what to expect and felt taken care of, just like candidates do in the recruiting process today.

When she’s not working, Alix enjoys yoga, calisthenics, and simply watching her kids learn and grow. And when it’s time for a treat? Cheese is her go-to snack, while chocolate and caramel (together, preferably) are her favorite indulgence.
