Matt Kielczewski

Matt lives in Benton, Arkansas and is originally from New Jersey. He’s a proud husband and new dad to a 6-month-old son who means the world to him — a role he clearly takes seriously (along with his recently earned “Dad Joke Certification”).

Matt joined Redeemers Group because he was looking to break into sales in a role that combines relationship building, problem-solving, and the opportunity to travel. The position checked all the boxes for him — giving him the chance to connect with people, solve real problems, and grow in a career he’s excited about.

He brings hands-on and sales-related experience to the team, including door-to-door sales for fix-and-flip projects in Colorado and helping with crawl space encapsulation work in Kentucky. This background gives him a practical understanding of the work as well as the customer experience.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys music, traveling, and staying active through fitness and athletics. When it comes to snacks, he keeps things healthy with protein bars and clean eating — though he’ll occasionally make an exception for Reese’s or cookies-and-cream treats.
