James Aguisando

James is originally from Davao City in the Philippines, where he was raised in a close-knit family as one of five siblings. Now living with his own family, he stays grounded and motivated by the strong support system around him. He’s also a proud pet dad to his dog Elias and his cats, Luna and Nala, who are a big part of his everyday life.

Before joining Redeemers Group, James built a strong professional foundation as a Team Leader in the call center/BPO industry. In that role, he developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while helping guide and support his team to meet their goals. His ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and focus on people has translated seamlessly into his role today.

James was drawn to Redeemers Group because of the company’s genuine care and compassion — especially its love for animals. As a pet owner himself, that connection felt personal. Since joining the team, he’s come to appreciate how those values show up daily in both the work and the culture, and he’s proud to be part of a company that combines excellence with heart.

Outside of work, James enjoys traveling and exploring new places, especially experiencing different cultures. He also loves camping as a way to relax and reconnect with nature, and he values downtime to rest and recharge. When it comes to food, Filipino-style spaghetti is a favorite, and while candy isn’t really his thing, he does enjoy chocolate.
