I met with Derrick, Baird Foundation representative @ my home. He was on time and knowledgeable of the issues I had with my A/C unit pad. Although we did not have work done, I really appreciated his honest assessment of my concerns. I will definitely consider this company in the near future for any of my repair issues. Thanks!
