Dave has inspected and presented solutions for hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Utah, Wyoming Idaho and Nevada. He attended Utah Valley University earning a degree in Construction Management. At the young age of 16 he started framing homes while attending night school. He started his own construction company at the age of 21, building custom homes throughout the state of Utah. Dave is an expert in blueprint reading. He has designed (drawn) and built 6 homes of his own, doing most of the work himself. When Dave sets a goal he sees it through. He thrives on finding solutions to problems and solving them.
Dave was born in Michigan and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of four children, two daughters and two sons. Dave and his wife Lacy currently reside in Utah County. Aside from spending time with their kids, they enjoy watching movies as a family, attending family functions and traveling. Dave has been to 30 out of the 50 states and plans to take his family on many more adventures. He has a passion for muscle cars and fighter planes. He has owned five mustangs and two Camaros, among other turbo charged cars and trucks. Dave takes pride in helping anyone in need, from fixing vehicles to repairing houses. Dave has been a real asset to Davenport, his ability to identify foundation problems and provide innovative solutions makes him a valuable member of our team.

Dave met with us and gave an original bid and then helped coordinate and educate us on the entire process. He did an exceptional job of making the process understandable. We particularly appreciated his responsiveness, patience and genuine concern for the dilemma that we were facing. It's rare do you have someone show the level of interest in helping us as he did. We could not have been more pleased. We were also very fond of the crew that did the job. Victor, the foreman, was also exceptional. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained things in ways that made perfect sense. I have very rarely done any reviews but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure others know of the good experience we had with the staff at Davenport Foundation. -
