I did not have an extension cord for them to plug in the unit, so it was never connected until 1 week later when the electrician came. I hope it's working since there is no light on it to see that it's on. I also can't hear it working, but assume it is functioning. -

By Alex G.Montpelier, VTThey were very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, i had called in the day before and was told they would be showing up at 8am. They ended up arriving closer to 9, which meant i had to take an extra hour off of work. Not a huge deal, but a communication in advance would have been nice since i had to be present to orient them to the house. Also (and this may have simply been a limitation of the spray foam tools, but there were some surfaces that did not receive spray foam that were located in difficult areas. I will probably go in with a handhelp can of spray foam to address these, but it would have been nice to understand the limitations beforehand. -
