Meet Ben S, a dedicated member of Matt Clark’s Northern Basement Systems team.

Ben lives in Vermont and enjoys spending time with his family outside of work. Whether it’s relaxing at home or staying active, family always comes first.

Recently, Ben moved from our production team to the service department—bringing with him hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how our systems are installed and perform over time. That transition makes a big difference for our customers.

Our service team plays a critical role in our work. From annual maintenance and system tune-ups to troubleshooting and ensuring everything is performing as it should, they’re the ones making sure homeowners continue to get the protection they expect long after the initial installation.

Ben takes pride in helping homeowners maintain dry, safe, and reliable basement and crawl space systems. His attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to doing the job right make him a strong fit for the service team.
