Matt has been with Northern Basement Systems since 2012. His everyday duties as a service manager include site and pump inspections, troubleshooting to provide quick and effective solutions, providing estimates, and, most importantly, providing WOW customer service. Matt is also the leader for PolyLevel estimates and installation.
Matt has past work experience as a military supervisor giving him the skills to be an effective leader and problem-solver. In addition to his experience, he also has training in foundation repair, high-pressure spray foam application, equipment operation, and DOT driver training. Matt enjoys the customer interaction, the diversity, and the challenges that the job brings and working with his team at Northern Basement Systems. When he isn’t hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and hunting.
