Ben, a gentle giant, kept me apprised of all the risks and offered real-world suggestions on how to keep improving on my installations.
Call Representative
Excellent, initially I had a schedule maintenance call in June. The call rep found a spot for me closer to my call time. Which was a god-sent, because my main pump had failed. Waiting another month might have caused a big mess.
Sales Process
Not sure about this, as Ben, my tech, was very skilled in offering me options for improved dehumidifier and battery backup.
Our Installation Crew
Ben is the best!!! Four stars, he corrected all the problems and vigorously cleaned up the residue left by the failing pump.
The Cleanup Process
Perfect, basements are notorious messy and lack attention. Ben left the area aournd the pumps clean.
