What made you choose our company:

On 6/26/26 we experienced severe wind/rain which resulted in power outage. My NBS sump pumps went into action. When power was restored I noticed a blinking red light. Quite stressed, I phoned NBS but it was after hours and I got a phone mailbox. I left a message but was quite stressed-not knowing if/when I would get a call back. As I was looking for an area plumber to consult, I received a call back from your technician Jesse. Although I was quite stressed, he calmly asked about my situation. All was right! He explained what the blinking light meant, determined by asking pertinent questions that my system was AOK. (I believe he was the same tech who had recently serviced this system). My sincere thank you to Jesse for the quick response of a call back and answering my concerns-calmly and thoroughly! I’ve been a customer of NBS in the past and will continue to be in the future! Always first class technicians and workers!
