An appointment was quickly available to replace the dehumidifier that died. I was surprised that the the SaniDRY had failed but I was given the option to have a refurbished one installed which was much more affordable and readily available. That was appreciated.

The person I spoke with on the phone explained about the refurbished dehumidifier option.

Blaine installed the refurbished dehumidifier. He noticed its filter was still in good condition and thoughtfully used it when servicing the second dehumidifier in the basement thereby avoiding the cost of a new one. He noticed that the sump pump was rusting and needed replacement. He had the needed equipment with him and took care of that, thus avoiding another house call. He took photos of all the work accomplished and of the equipment rusted and new. He was efficient and explained matters clearly.

All was left in neat condition.
