Melonie has been a foundational member of The Drying Co. team since 1999, providing exceptional dedication and comprehensive expertise. Before her tenure, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CNU. Melonie is more than an Office Manager; she is the company's Comptroller, HR Director, and affectionately known as the "Office Mom." She is a fierce advocate for all employees and customers, utilizing her skills in psychology and her maternal instinct to ensure things get done efficiently and everyone is supported. With an open-door policy, she is always willing to listen and lend a hand, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and teaching the team. Melonie is proud to be part of a company that has never lost its identity as a family and continues to put its employees and customers first. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
