By Fran J.Virginia Beach, VAAfter significant research and other contractor reviews/estimates, I chose The Drying Company to do a job in Feb 2020 that included a moisture barrier, foam insulation, encapsulation, and dehumidifier. I have previously submitted a review for this work, awarding a 5/5! Because I had a back crawl space that needed some duct work tied into the dehumidifier that wasn't anticipated earlier, The Drying Company came out in Nov 2020 to tweak the system to reduce the moisture in both the back and front crawl spaces. Thank you, Chad, for your diagnostic ability, and thank you Steve, for supporting the extra work to make my home drier and healthier. As homeowners we have choices, and an informed homeowner should always do their research and select the contractor that will give them the results they need. I am so pleased to have discovered The Drying Company and have already shared my success story with friends and neighbors. Both my home and I are 70 years old, here's to continued good health for both of us!
