Beyond his technical skills, Joe has held many leadership roles and enjoys helping and teaching others—a passion reflected in his experience coaching sports and serving as President of the Love4Kids Foundation. By Terry F.Richmond, VAThe process of this door installation was negative from the very beginning. After many phone calls, adjusted scheduling issues, emails, a once scheduled time with a "no call no show" for that time & day, and finally my last conversation with Joe. Joe was able to assist and take care of the problem and I really appreciate what he did for me. He made up for all the earlier scheduling problems and promised a date and time.
