By James M.GLEN ALLEN, VAIn June I called to scheduled my annual crawl space inspection for October, however when the appointed time arrived it became a no show. Apparently, one of your inspection personnel had departed your company and that scheduled appointment had fallen-thru-the-cracks. Upon my telephone call, a new appointment was schedule for the following day. The appointment, like usual, went-off with out a hitch and my invoice was adjusted as a courtesy. That's what a customer likes to see in a company... accepting responsibility and making thing right. Good Job! -
