Paul Smith

Paul Smith serves as the Assistant Sales Manager and Technical Advisor at NV Waterproofing and Foundation Repair, where he plays a key role in supporting the sales team and driving company growth. A Dale City native, Paul was drawn to NV for the opportunity to advance professionally while helping strengthen the sales department through hands-on technical expertise and leadership.

With a background in professional baseball, Paul brings discipline, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to everything he does. Outside of work, he’s deeply committed to his community—coaching his kids’ baseball team as well as other local youth teams, helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Paul’s passion for mentorship, combined with his technical knowledge and sales leadership, makes him a valuable asset to both NV and the families he serves in the community.
