Bobby Mahnia

A Northern Virginia resident since 2011, Bobby Mahnia brings a thoughtful, customer-focused mindset to his role as a System Design Specialist and Technical Advisor at NV Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. Drawn to NV for its strong reputation and excellent client reviews, Bobby values working with a company that prioritizes customer service as much as he does.

Eager to grow in his role, Bobby is focused on developing new skills in both the sales process and technical aspects of the field. He brings a passion for learning and a curiosity that drives him to continuously improve.

Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time on YouTube, diving into podcasts, interviews, and documentaries. A fan of rich, flavorful food, he counts steak and kabobs among his favorite dishes. He’s also inspired by the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, which he credits for shaping his positive mindset and approach to life.

Not everyone knows that Bobby once worked in wedding and event videography—a creative skillset that adds a unique layer to his problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
