Caleb explained the problems and solutions simply, with details and answered every question, quickly and clearly. Cope was an excellent leader, guiding the crew in the tasks at hand (and there were a lot!). The crew worked efficiently and effectively, and continuously. They accomplished this big job in 2 days. By Jason D.Highly recommend! Working with Fortress Foundation Solutions was an amazing and pleasant experience. The first word that comes to mind for this company is integrity! From the moment we had our FREE estimate to the day their kind and respectful crew left, it was very professional and enjoyable. We used this company to prevent water from coming into our basement by getting French Drains installed. Without all the details, we ran into some unforeseen circumstances with the project. Needless to say, they honored their word and contract price. My only word of advice is to be ready to sign the contract on the day they do your estimate. I say this because they offered us a handsome discount for doing so and that discount was only valid if we signed on the day the estimate was done. But overall, we are extremely satisfied and would recommend Fortress Foundation to anyone (and have recommended). Again, so thankful for the integrity of this company. -
